THE PROCESS
Initial Meeting
We sit down and explain what 360 ESI does and the potential solutions for your facility. If after this meeting, the decision is to continue to the next step, we will request the past 24 months of electrical history and schedule the no-cost facility survey.
Facility Survey
We walk through the facility looking at all the electrical and HVAC equipment, gathering the necessary information to generate a proposal which will include the energy conservation measures that make financial sense for the facility.
Proposal Presentation
We schedule a time to present the project proposal, which will be crystal clear and easy to follow specifically outlining the cost, projected savings, additional benefits or incentives, and projected return on investment.
Project Engineering
If the project moves forward, we will immediately schedule our team of engineers to visit the facility to verify counts and gather all of the required information to design and build the equipment package.
Installation
Once delivery dates are known, we will schedule the installation in coordination with the facility contact and the installing contractors with the goal to have as little impact on the facility operation as possible.
Measurement & Verification
If a full energy optimization system was installed with the energy savings guarantee, we will track the energy usage monthly and produce energy savings reports. Seasonal adjustment factors for weather, added/decreased production, and other energy variables will be accounted for and shown in the report.
